To help build research capacity across the broad domains of crime, justice and corrections, the Centre for Forensic Behavioural Sciences and Justice Studies offers various types of research funding for graduate students and faculty.

Student Funding

Research Awards up to $6,000 and/or scholarships of varying amounts/duration are available to current University of Saskatchewan graduate students to support costs of research activities.  The next call for applications is TBA, 2021-22.

Faculty Funding

Research support for faculty by way of Research Development Grants up to $10,000 are available to pursue research that investigates a law, crime, justice and/or corrections topic from social science, health science, legal, management or interdisciplinary perspective.  The next call for applications is TBA, 2021-22.
